Century© Boats Customer Service Moves to Kennesaw
Kennesaw, Ga., April 1, 2011 — Century Boat Company, Inc. announced today it has moved customer service and warranty functions for its Century© Boats unit to Kennesaw, Ga. to be administered at the Yamaha Marine Group headquarters.
“With this location change, we will continue to provide the great customer service we always have,” said Dean Burnett, Vice President Century Boat Company, Inc.
Since ceasing production of Century© products at its Panama City, Fla. facility in December 2009, Century has decommissioned the factory and sold some of the company’s assets.
Century will continue to honor warranties. Customers seeking service assistance can first contact the dealer who sold them the boat. If no assistance is available, they should call 1 (866) 894-1626.
